Here are two images for my English class. I chose to represent "THE HERO'S JOURNEY" through text in this way because the hero's journey is a long path of ups and downs. I created a path with the pen tool and then added the text to the path. The path was not exact, but it looks pretty good.
I created "IRONY" through the use of text in this way because a lot of times it is a strange twist or turn that you don't expect. I transformed the rectangle by using an envelope.
I used text as I played with this shape/image. I wanted it to look like a piece of flowing music paper with lines. The word "symphony" represents the music notes on the page. I used the envelope tool to transform my shape. I also put the text on a path.
